These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HomeWash website, mobile applications, and services (“Platform” / “Services”). By accessing or using HomeWash, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

HomeWash enables customers to discover, schedule, and pay for home services provided by HomeWash teams and/or verified partners (depending on category and city).

2) Eligibility and Account

  • You may need an account to use core features.

  • Login may require OTP verification.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3) Bookings

  • A booking request is subject to confirmation.

  • Confirmation, reschedule, and status updates may be shared via app, SMS, call, or email.

  • Slot and professional availability are subject to operational constraints.

4) Pricing and Payments

  • Prices, taxes, fees, and applicable offers are shown during checkout.

  • Payments may be full or partial advance, as displayed.

  • HomeWash may use third-party payment processors.

  • HomeWash is not liable for third-party processor downtime or bank-level delays.

5) Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Customer cancellation is currently not available in-app.

  • Rescheduling is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Refunds are handled as per that policy.

6) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorized access attempts, illegal activities, or policy violations.

7) Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and design elements are owned by or licensed to HomeWash. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8) Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While HomeWash aims for high quality and continuity, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeWash is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, subject to non-waivable legal rights.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HomeWash against losses/claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

11) Suspension / Termination

HomeWash may suspend or terminate access for security, fraud, abuse, legal, or policy reasons.

12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
