Refunds & Cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through HomeWash.
1) Cancellation
Customer-side cancellation is currently not available in-app.
2) Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed only if the selected slot starts at least 3 hours from the current time.
Rescheduling is subject to booking status eligibility and slot availability.
3) Refunds
Since customer cancellation is not enabled, refunds are not processed for customer cancellation requests.
If any exception is required due to operational/service issues, it will be handled as per HomeWash internal review and applicable law.
4) Payment Gateway Delays
In case of payment failures, reversals, or settlement delays caused by banking/payment network/gateway systems, timelines depend on the respective provider and bank processes.
