Refunds & Cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through HomeWash.

1) Cancellation

  • Customer-side cancellation is currently not available in-app.

2) Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed only if the selected slot starts at least 3 hours from the current time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to booking status eligibility and slot availability.

3) Refunds

  • Since customer cancellation is not enabled, refunds are not processed for customer cancellation requests.

  • If any exception is required due to operational/service issues, it will be handled as per HomeWash internal review and applicable law.

4) Payment Gateway Delays

  • In case of payment failures, reversals, or settlement delays caused by banking/payment network/gateway systems, timelines depend on the respective provider and bank processes.
